This makes me angry

After watching this video, ask yourself: Should this woman decided to allege that the boy tried to take advantage of her and that she had to defend herself against him–which of the two would be believed?

    What the hell?
He didn’t want to have sex with her, so he gets beaten up?
At least he wasn’t raped by her, but still…wtf was her problem? Honestly, if you’re that much of a drunk, rampaging bitch, who *would* want to have any sort of relations with you? I’ll say this is the same type of entitlement rapists have: A willingness to believe they have a right to use your body, whether you agree or not.

On the outside, not that I’m endorsing this point of view, one might, if using the strictest definition of sexual assault, and if we availed ourselves of the feminists shifting goal posts, one might go so far as to say that he was raped. Reverse the roles. The female was, by all appearances, trying to have sex with him, and used force and violence to acquire it. Had this been a man doing it to a woman, people would lose their minds and jumped at the opportunity to point out forcible sex and how men are rapists. The next day, the bathroom would have been littered with “Don’t be that guy” posters.

This was, however, uncontroversially an assault.

I don’t think I would have called it a rape under any definition. He was not forced to penetrate, penetrated, made to perform oral sex, or put into any literally sexual positions.
Sexually assaulted by her groping and forced kissing? Yes.
        Physically assaulted? Yes.
        Raped? No.

I hold this definition true for myself as well. In my post about bullying, I talk about how I was shoved up against a locker by a boy 3 years older and many pounds heavier than me, who repeatedly kicked my groin while holding me in place by my throat. My vulva and clitoris were bruised for several days and I had difficulty walking (or even moving) immediately after…but did this boy rape me? No, he did not.

Same with my stepfather’s sexual abuse. He molested me, abused me, made me do and look at things I hated, but as his penis never entered my body, I don’t call myself a rape survivor. I suppose some people would say I was raped digitally, but I prefer not to dwell on that.

Now, had the female actually enveloped his penis (either vaginally or orally), forced a finger or object into him, or made him orally gratify her…yeah, that’s definitely rape without any discussion needed. In any case, this woman is an utter bitch, a molester, an entitlement whore, and deserves to be locked away for a good, long time. I hope she is found and given the punishment her actions warrant.
